What is the Divine Plan?

Our country at war
Against Whom, What, Why?
Warlords, ancient cultures destroyed
Arab suicides, bombing Jerusalem
Israeli tanks, despair, destruction

Villages, olive groves destroyed
Economy broken down. Unemployment
Little boys, out of school, out of work
Throwing stones, Israeli tanks moving in

Israelil citizens feel terror, hatred, revenge
AIDs creeping through China, Asia, Africa

Is there a Divine Plan?
Is there Divine Guidance?

Oh, Children of Abraham
Let us pray together
To heal ancient wounds
Of Ishmael and Isaac
Of Esau and Jacob
