Day with Charismatic Group. Want to return to Israel for Second Coming. Many moving to Israel or Jordan. Ready to convert Jews. Christian Zionists hate Muslims who must all leave to keep Israel for Jews, as promised in Bible.
Sedar with Israeli family. All Shlomo Carlsbach disciples, know David Shneyer and Art Waskow, but never became Rabbi. Daughter has Ethiopian husband, children beautiful and light skinned. Warm hospitable, Hebrew prayers, reminded me, of course, of Jewish Renewal people.
Day with Charismatic Group. Interest pastors discussed theme of the conference: last words of Jesus on the Cross. Both loved the movie. Suffering of Jesus and his last words very inspiring to them, and me, too! Came to same conclusion as I that in spite of the suffering, forgave "them for they know not what they do"

Oddly enough, Easter started with services 12 midnight on Saturday, somewhat quiet on actual Easter day. Visited with Franciscans and their beautifully restored simple churches, almost like Quaker meeting house, have to look carefully to find a small cross tastefully almost hidden, not to embarrass a non-believer.
Another visit with Jonarm and Simchas. Very warm hospital lots of children, nursing daughters, vegetarian food, chanting Hebrew prayers.
